I take PSYCH 101 (The first basic class that you will be taking)
It is generally easy if you study.
It’s actually REALLY interesting, I like it a lot!
If you pay attention and study you’ll do fine.
The types of things you will learn is psychology basics.
I have my psych book out right now and I will list the chapters
Chapter 1: The Evolution of Psychology
Chapter 2: The Research Enterprise in Psychology
Chapter 3: The Biological Bases of Behavior
    Chapter 4: Sensation and Perception
    Chapter 5: Variations and Consciousness
    Chapter 6: Learning
    Chapter 7: Human Memort
    Chapter 8: Cognition and Intelligence
    Chapter 9: Motivation and Emotion
Chapter 10: Human Development Across the Life Span
Chapter 11: Personality: Theory, Research and Assessment
Chapter 12: Stress, Coping and Health
    Chapter 13: Psychological Disorders
Chapter 14: Treatment of Psychological Disorders
    Chapter 15: Social Behavior

In my class we often go through many discussions and debates. It get’s really into depth and really interesting. Make sure your dedicated and pay attention. It also greatly depends on the teacher you have. My teacher is amazing, she is a clinical psychologist herself and she is so personal to everybody. Feel free to voice your opinion in your class, teachers love that. Good luck with your class!

Learn to spell. That will help you on the long run.
Your classes will help you understand how people’s minds work, and why they are influenced to become addicted to video games, drugs, alcohol, etc.
You will learn why people use their family, their culture, and how they were raised to determine why they buy this truck-DAD always bought Ford and Ford’s are the best, or Aunt Jessie always cooks with Betty Crocker because it is better than XYZ.

In college you will take, as a major, at least five (5) classes that will be more difficult and more into the mechanics of how the mind works.

Something is only hard if you go into it with a negative attitude.
If you enjoy something, there is a struggle or two, but you will learn to enjoy learning something new.
As you learn new things, when you watch TV or a movie, you will start to notice why did this person do that, Oh YEAH, it is part of their scheme to steal away the husband. You will start to see how people interact with others.
