online certified short courses free?

i am looking for some free short online courses which will give me a certificate at the end

i want to begin building my port folio now so when i finish uni i have more to my name than the bachelor like every one else

i am hoping for something zoology, animal, biology…. but i will do anything to gain more experience

can i please have some links to some courses like this

tried google for 3 hours, i pulled up nothing
ok for starters, people do not ask questions to get some smart sarcastic answer. alot of american universitites use their already made material on the net for free certified courses and have automatic marking systems. i have just not had luck finding australian ones. what i would appreciate is help not people making stupid remarks, i know there arent many around but if you dont know then but out please,
