You could always study and get your GED. If you are set on a high school diploma, why not homeschool yourself and take the tests at the end of the year for each grade you didn’t complete. Make yourself a homeschooled diploma and go from there. You can go to bookstores and buy the end of the year tests and take them then grade them.

Use the internet to find out what you would be learning in each grade you missed and study that. I do homeschooling for my 7th and 4th graders. I just use the internet to find resources on whatever it is we are studying. We also use the library.

I’m not sure about sites that are free for a high school degree. I would suggest studying and taking the GED. Most schools (high schools) will offer these classes free. If this is not the case, look into a Vo-Tech school in your area and apply for grants if they have them.

Good luck and good for you for finally taking the plunge and getting it done.
