Are the online courses on Idexx Learning Center free?

Check out the FAQs. You’re right, they don’t make it CRYSTAL clear whether there is a fee or not, but it doesn’t appear so, except for the Computer Classes. https://www.idexxlearningcenter.com/idexx/user_faq.aspx#question6
