If that question doesn’t make any sense, Have you ever taken a course from PCDI or other Learn-at-home/distance learning course and successfully found employment in that career field you have learned at home?
I have been thinking about taking a course with PCDI because of my work and lack of time.

I am an experienced dinghy sailor and racer, but i do not have a lot of big boat experience, i was wondering where there are courses to learn about big boats and what sort of official certifications there are that you need to crew on a boat.

I am looking for interactive courses on ECDL/ICDL, typing skills, food hygiene, child protection, equality & diversity and health & safety that I can access for free on the internet. Can you help me?

Would like to find free or very low cost online courses on a variety of subjects like economics, electricity, various computer applications, history, etc. Whatever piques my curiousity at the time.

Ideally, the courses would be audio/video and have some interactivity like a short quiz after each section.

Also would be interested in courses offered on DVD or CD, but again, free or cheap.

It has been 3 years since I took any academic college courses. I will be starting off with one graduate course so I can take things slowly and learn what will be expected of me next semester. I’d like to know how those in this situation get organized for distance learning. How do you plan for assignments, make time for reading, organize projects, etc?

Im looking for free courses online in reference to grant writing. I’m an excellent writer already I just need the specific ins and outs for grant writing in particular.
